User’s Attitude towards ICT in Dhaka

Abstract

A study which is entitled ‘User’s attitude towards ICT in Dhaka’ has been conducted. In Dhaka, Bangladesh both male and female are working hand in hand. Users of ICT have been increasing rapidly here. This study adopts with descriptive in nature. Both primary and secondary data has been used for the study. Open ended questionnaire has been followed for the study. The study reveals that users have more positive attitude towards ICT because it reduces cost, saves time, reduces human resources, improves job performances, increases customer satisfaction, improves competitiveness and profit.
